What is your returns policy?

We take great pride in making quality pieces that will work and you’ll love. It is important to us that you are wholly satisfied with your product. If for any reason you do not absolutely love your piece, we will gladly issue you a refund or exchange for the value of the merchandise.

Please send the return item(s) within 30 days from the date of purchase. Merchandise must be in original condition, unwashed and unworn. Please include the original tags. We will happily exchange the item(s) for another or refund the payment. Exchanges are dependent on existing stock.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable (the cost to ship the suit to you, $5.35 domestic, $8.50-$15.10 international). Merchandise returned after 30 days may be exchanged or refunded in the form of a store credit.

Can I exchange my bikini?

Of course! We want our swimwear to fit you perfectly. If a piece does not fit, please send to Sensi Bikinis for an exchange in another size or a different piece.

If exchanging a piece(s) please provide additional shipping payment. $5 for domestic orders, $12 for Canada and Mexico, $16 for international orders. Package will not ship unless method of payment is provided. Also, if total of new product exchange exceeds original order price, further payment is required.

When will my order ship?

Our shipping department is open Monday to Friday 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. Orders placed after 10 a.m. are processed the following business day. Please allow up to 24 business hours to fully process your order. Orders are not processed on the weekend. Please note that while USPS is speedy and accurate, the arrival date is not guaranteed.

To order pieces deliverable to another address besides the billing address or to insert special shipment instructions, please use the “notes” section on the transaction screen upon checkout.

What are my shipping options?

All shipments are sent USPS. Tracking and delivery confirmation are included. Domestically we ship using Priority delivery (2-4 days). Express shipping is also available (1-2 days).

Do you ship internationally?

We do ship overseas! USPS is quite reliable although can sometimes get held up in customs. International delivery typically takes 14-20 business days, but can take up to 30 due to customs. Shipping to Canada costs $8.50 Most everywhere else costs $13.50-$15.50. SENSI is not liable for lost international packages. For better tracking and delivery on an international shipment, please choose EXPRESS shipping. Cost $44.95

Where do orders ship from?

We ship everything from our warehouse located in Hood River, Oregon.

What methods of payment are accepted?

We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover as well as paypal. Personal checks are not accepted except in special circumstances. Cash is accepted for in person transactions.

Where can I buy SENSI Bikinis?

SENSI is available online through our store front as well as through various online retailers. You can also find SENSI in stores throughout the Continental US as well as overseas. Please refer to our retailers page for up to date stockist information.

How do I determine what size to order?

Refer to our size chart for more information.

What if the website does not have the particular piece that I’m looking for?

Please check with one of our national, international or online retailers for stock. Also, some pieces may be on back order. If so, they will be listed on the individual product page as such. Check back soon!

Where are the suits made?

All of our swimwear is manufactured in Portland, Oregon, USA. We like to keep it local!

What are the bikinis made out of?

Our swimwear is constructed of high-quality spandex/nylon blend fabrics. We choose our fabrics based on how they feel, how they hold up over time and how they impact the environment. We source fabrics from Portland, L.A. and Italy.

Can I buy replacement bra cups?

Yes! We’re happy to send you extra bra cups whenever you need. We do charge $1 per pair to cover our costs. Please email [email protected] for more information and to request a pair.
